Chocolate Satin Pie

12 oz. can Evaporated Milk
2 egg yolks
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 prepared 8-inch (6 oz) Choco crumb crust
Whipped Cream (Optional)
Chopped Nuts (optional)

Whisk together evaporated milk and eggs in 2-quart saucepan. Heat over medium low, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly, do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in morsels until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.

POUR into crust, chill until firm. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts.
