Crispy Cocoa Bars
1/2 stick of margarine 1/4 cup Heyshey’s Cocoa 5 cups mini marshmallow 5 cups crisp rice cereal
Directions:
1. Spray a 13×9x2 inch pan with a vegetable cooking spray.
2. Melt margarine in a large saucepan over low heat; stir in cocoa and marshmallows. Cook over low heat, stiring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth and well blended. Continue cooking for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
3. Add cereal, stir until coated. Lightly spray spatula with vegetable cooking spray; press mixture into prepared pan. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
